Mays Al-Ani, MD, is a board-certified neurologist who comes to AdventHealth Apopka from Ad-ventHealth in DeLand, FL. She began her medical education at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland — Medical University of Bahrain, where she earned her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery, and Bachelor of the Art of Obstetrics (MB BCh BAO). Dr. Al-Ani completed a preliminary year in internal medicine at the University of Central Florida in Orlando, FL, and undertook a Neurology residency at the same institution. Dr. Al-Ani completed a fellowship in movement disorders at the Yale University School of Medicine’s Department of Neurology in New Haven, CT. She is dedicated to providing whole-person care to all her patients, considering body, mind and spirit.
